Our biweekly newsletter is your source for travel inspiration from Virtuoso’s editorial team.

The September cover of Virtuoso, The Magazine shows a man wearing a white button-down, a scarf, and a beret, resting his forearms on a horse and looking off into the distance. The cover line reads “Trails Less Taken.”

Well connected.

The September issue of Virtuoso, The Magazine is our biggest of the year. Our staff and contributors fanned out around the globe, hitting the trail gaucho-style in Uruguay, slipping into Istanbul’s most exciting hammam, tramping New Zealand’s latest Great Walk, and so much more.

CHECKING IN
Backdropped by green hills, Ashish Sanghrajka smiles at the camera.

Ashish Sanghrajka, president of Big Five Tours & Expeditions (which won a Sustainable Leadership Award at this year’s Virtuoso Travel Week), shares what he’s been loving lately.

Packing: Portable weighted fitness bands from Redge Fit. I’m a creature of habit – no matter where I go, my fitness routine comes with me.

Refreshing: My favorite app is Next Spaceflight, which tracks rocket launches. I live in South Florida, within sight of Cape Canaveral. I find myself becoming a curious child again with each launch and booster landing.

Reading: Harvard Business Review and The Motley Fool. The economy seems to be at an inflection point on several fronts, and I enjoy seeing different sides of the same coin.

Dreaming of: Peru and Egypt are next. I’ve already been to India, Kenya, Uganda, and Colombia so far this year.

OUTBOUND
